Two-step verification is an effective way of maximizing the security of access to your trading account. After setting up two-step verification, you will be required to log in to your account using: SMS or Google Authenticator.


In order to enable or disable two-step verification, please follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to the Dashboard

  • Open "My Profile"

  • Select "Preferences"

  • Find the line "Please choose one method for two-step verification"

  • Choose from one of the following options: SMS, Google Authenticator.

If you do not receive an SMS confirmation code, please check that the phone number you have entered is correct in the Dashboard. Remember to double-check the country code as well. If you continue to experience difficulties, please contact us via live chat, email, or phone to verify your phone number.
