How can I change my phone number/email/name/address in the Dashboard?

To change your phone number or email address, please log in to your Dashboard and follow the below steps:

  • In your profile settings, select "My Profile"

  • Click on "Preferences" and then the "Edit" button opposite your saved phone number or saved email.

Please note: Two-step verification must be turned on in order to change an email address.

To amend your personal information (e.g. name, address) please follow the below instructions:

  • Send a request from your registered email to global@admiralmarkets.com

  • Attach supporting documents (for a name change, it's a passport or ID card with pictures of both sides, for an address change it's a bank statement or utility bill with your name and address no older than 3 months).
