Once you open a live account you will be asked to create a password for it. Please remember that passwords for the live account and Dashboard should be different for security reasons.
Can I change the password for a live account?
Every password is confidential.. It should be noted that your password is not shown anywhere on your Dashboard. After you open a new live account, we will send you an email with the account number (which works like login), server, balance and leverage information. Password is not mentioned in the email that you will receive.
But if you don't remember your password, you may reset it in your Dashboard:
- Find the account in question in your Dashboard,
- Click on the three dots on the right of it,
- Click “Change password”.
Can I change the password for a demo account?
When you open a demo account, your password is sent to the email address you registered with so, to log in to your demo account, you can copy your account password from the email received or from your Dashboard.
If you want to change your password, you must follow the same logic described previously and reset the password for your demo account by pressing the button “Reset password”.
